Founded in 2019 by Andrew Beckner, Culture Jam™ Co. was created with a clear mission: to provide real resources, access, and opportunity for independent creatives, particularly Black artists who have historically been underserved by the music industry. What began as a vision to support creators through production and songwriting has grown into a dynamic, community-driven creative hub based in Hollywood.

At its core, Culture Jam Co. is more than a record label, it’s an ecosystem. We offer membership-based access to professional recording studios, creative spaces, and collaborative environments designed to empower artists at every stage of their journey. By removing traditional barriers to entry, we give creators the tools, space, and network they need to develop their sound, build their brand, and sustain their careers.

Our studios have become a home for collaboration, innovation, and culture. From music production and songwriting to podcasts and multimedia content, Culture Jam™ Co. supports a wide range of creative expression, all rooted in a community-first approach. We believe that when artists are given consistent access and the right environment, creativity thrives—and entire communities benefit.
